Filament Projects worked with performer and writer Victoria Brazier to produce the R&D of her original script A Woman of the Brain. The R&D consisted of two elements; a workshop and a sharing.
The workshop was led by Movement Director Helen Gould and attended by cast, creatives, and Parkinson sufferers. The session culminated in a discussion between the creative team and participants, enabling the creative team to learn more about the participants’ experiences of living with Parkinson disease.
The R&D culminated in a sharing to an invited audience, and offered them an opportunity to feedback and talk to the creative team about the piece.
A Woman of the Brain was funded by Arts Council England.
